Yayasan Keadilan dan Perdamaian Indonesia/Indonesian Justice and Peace Foundation (YKPI) was established in December 2020 as a legal foundation, adhering to Indonesian laws and regulations. Our mission is to promote social justice and peace by addressing injustice, inequality, intolerance, violence, radicalism, conflict, and racism. We also advocate for policy changes that foster justice, tolerance, and diversity.

To achieve our goals, YKPI prioritizes building a collaborative team that harnesses the strengths of each member. We emphasize mutual support and provide equal opportunities for all personnel to share their ideas, empowering teams to leverage YKPI as a platform for realizing our vision and mission while enhancing a broader movement with our partners.

Our team’s work requires flexibility, transparency, and simplicity while fostering strong collaboration and mentorship. Our leadership is nurtured through thoughtful action, active listening, and shared responsibilities in advancing our organization.
